The Brief
To create an augmented reality app for IOS to be accessed from the App Store in partnership with Tate and Shanghai Museum that allows the user to explore art from their own living rooms in new and innovative ways.

My Role
Game Design | Animation
We recreated renowned artworks on display at the Tate and Shanghai Museum in 2.5D and 3D to be explored and interacted with through augmented reality.

I worked closely with the lead designer to set up the scenes and implement gameplay mechanics in engine, as well as trigger animations, audio and VFX - I helped guide the art team in optimising 2D assets for mobile as well as implementing animations in Unity. This was one of my first times working in AR, I learned a lot about XR best practices through my work on the project!
